Horde Login Screen Stuck

Hello,

I have yet another request for help,

I have horde installed and setup via the wiki here:
http://wiki.kolab.org/index.php/Kolab2_Installation_-_Horde

When I go to the main index.php, I get the login screen. If I type an
invalid username or password, the screen refreshed and tells me that
the username or password was typed incorrectly. When I log in with
valid credentials, I just get redirected back to the login screen with
no messages. Has anyone seen or heard of this issue?
