SMTP-User for outgoing Mails

Hi,

our Domain has just been transfered to another provider. Thus I need to 
change the settings for the outgoing mails. How do I do this again.
In the webinterface I could change the Server to the new server at our 
hoster, but where can I set the username and password, that will be used 
to send outgoiung mails.
