Export an address book from Outlook to LDAP?

Hello all!

eager to move to Kolab, I have not yet been able to answer certain vital
questions. This is one of them:

Is there any possiblity to export roughly 900 contacts from Outlook to
Kolab's LDAP address book? If so, can one point me to a (possibly existing)
HowTo?
